Assessment of the Macroeconomic Impacts of GHG Emissions Reductions in Bolivia. Based on a Computable General Equilibrium Model of the Bolivian economy, this study evaluated alternative scenarios for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reductions in Bolivia, considering the impacts on macroeconomic variables across various sectors of the economy. The study was commissioned by the Latin American Carbon Programme (PLAC+e) of the Andean Development Corporation (CAF), by request of the Bolivian government.

Advisory Services for the Establishment of a Long-term Financing Programme for the Prevention, Control and Mitigation of the Oil-Extraction Industry Impacts on Protected Areas and Protective Forests in the Amazonian Region of Ecuador.   SASA provided advisory services in the formulation of a strategy for the prevention, control and mitigation of the accumulative and long-term indirect socio-environmental impacts on the Protected Areas of the Amazonian Region of Ecuador, as well as on their buffer zones, their biological connectivity, selected protective forests and the population of the area, due to the expansion of hydrocarbon extraction expected in the next few years.
